ANTI-DECUBITUS FEATURES
Medical Device, Class I non-sterile and are also EC marked according to regulation (EU) 2017/745 MDR. By virtue of this certification they can be invoiced to the final consumer with VAT at 4% if the consumer meets the requirements set out in art. 4 of law 104/92. Furthermore, the expense incurred can be deducted by 19% in the tax return for the tax period to which the purchase refers, according to Presidential Decree 917/86.

Constant and careful inspections of the entire production chain ensure that every single product guarantees the satisfaction of the quality objectives.
EU DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The Medical Device (MD) product complies with the following Union legislative acts: Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices, amending Directive 2001/83/ EC, Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and repealing Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC. The device is subject to the conformity assessment procedure provided for in Article 52, point 7 of Regulation 2017/745/EU.
Euro LATEX-ECO
This standard defines the maximum acceptable limits of substances considered harmful to health and the environment. This data is based on scientific studies and on strict limitations which are also adopted by other certifications. The substances that are researched and analysed are: heavy metals, nitrosamines, pesticides, solvents, components of volatile substances. The value of the euroLATEX-ECO Standard certificate was recognised by the European Commission to such an extent that it was adopted in resolution 2002/740/EC which establishes the revision of the criteria for obtaining the Community eco-label for mattresses. EuroLATEX believes that these standards represent the most advanced safety parameters for the use of latex in mattress and believes it is time to certify, piece by piece, the origin and authenticity of the products made in Europe by its members, so as to guarantee the final consumer all the features defined by the euroLATEX-ECO Standard certificate.
FIRE RESISTANCE CERTIFICATION
Thanks to 90 years of experience in the production of high-level mattresses, QualityBed offers a line of products dedicated to the hotel sector, created with the intention of maximum customisation both in terms of comfort and design. Fireproof mattresses are equipped with 1 IM certification as per Ministerial Decree 26/06/84, amended by Ministerial Decree 03/09/2001, received from the Ministry of the Interior: Department of the Fire Brigades of Public Rescue and Civil Defence.
